Sarad offers a contextual report on the social enterprise of America with poignant criticism and realism. He was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia where Neo Nazis and right-wing extremist stormed in August of 2017. The album is in many ways a report since the event and an attempt to reconcile the new reality and aftermath. The album is an attempt at speaking truth knowing that speaking truth has consequences, hence the title Longevity. Sarad projects a mind state that is beyond fear and a courageousness to do what is right despite the associated costs.
