With Akron, Ohio roots and current home in Nashville, TN, Giles’ style sits somewhere between sultry soul, modern crooner, and power-house pop. Her bold melodies weave through jazz-inspired harmonies, while keeping her conversational lyrics front and center.

She introduced herself in 2019 through her debut project, Dreaming in Different Colors. Dealing with grief and growth to a groove, Giles explored old chapters and new beginnings against a classic pop/R&B texture. Her 2022 spring release, Burning Letters, is a more intimate affair. A pandemic-grown album, eight songs walk you through a visual scene with atmospheric settings and thoughtful track-to-track seams. Exploring the joyful, the difficult, and the gray of our closest relationships, the stories unfold over dense, mostly acoustic textures.
