"With the gentle plucking of an acoustic guitar and Saraima's piercing vocals, 'Map' builds into an emotion-driven bluesy ballad" - Scenestr
Saraima has been on more stages than you can imagine for someone of her young age, performing with a range of artists and in her own right on major stages and festivals across Australia and internationally. Aside from touring extensively and recording supporting vocals with Emily Wurramara; Saraima has collaborated with famed producer and artist, David Bridie and internationally renowned PNG artist, George Telek on their Abit na ta show for the Commonwealth Games and WOMADelaide.
A member of the Brisbane-based female vocal ensemble, Verandah ChiX, who bridge cultural divides and celebrating ancestry through song, Saraima has performed traditional and contemporary songs in Torres Strait Island and Aboriginal languages, as well as Tolai, Bislama, French, and English.
