SASM is the collaboration project by Douglas McCarthy (Nitzer Ebb) and Robi Insinna (Headman/Relish). The Name stands for Section Audio / Sezione Musicale inspired by various art movements from Futurism to Situationists International.
Under that banner the collective interests of both Insinna and McCarthy in raw beats and sharp edge retro-funk are laid bare. It shows the depth of knowledge and interest in the underground.
SASM is brought to you together with vintage combat and timeless street styles.
So far there was the release of Democracy and Collective Action w/ remix by the late Silent Servant and Nik Colk Void.
The Album will be released later in the year.
