August 1st 2015, 6:45 am, a search warrant was conducted for Me & I was arrested and charged with two counts of murder in the second degree & four counts of attempted murder. At my first appearance at court I plead Not Guilty! My bail was set at 2.5 MILLION DOLLARS, and I was detained in Hennepin County Jail awaiting trial. I spent 11 months and 28 days in an orange jumpsuit. During this time I was indicted. More charges were added. I got 6 benefit of a gang changers for each surviving victim.
My first offer was 20 years, I told my lawyers I wouldn't take house arrest and we went to trial with our backs against the wall. The prosecutors then turned and asked the judge, and I quote: "when found GUILTY Your Honor, the state is asking for consecutive sentences of 300 months for the first count of murder. 240 months for the second count of murder..." When she was done it added up to 700 months, Consecutive. All because I didn't take her first funky ass plead deal. Anyway .. A&E television show FIRST 48 interfered with my case and got my trial date pushed back. (Still waiting on my episode to air...) With 10 charges total we finally made it to trial June 20th 2016. And on June 24th at 3:15pm the verdict was in .. Did I do it? Listen.
