The roots of Scholar go back all the way to 1996 when James Parry was born in the slums of Birchwood before he left his roots behind and settled in the suburbs of Burtonwood. 6 months later in 1997, Liam Reynolds and Joe Johnson came into this world with Ryan Hunt being created in the following months. Stemming from rough ghettos in Latchford, Liam also migrated to the semi-rural village of Burtonwood a few years down the line where Joe had lived all along. Unlucky the 3 boys born into turmoil, Ryan hailed from the infamous Thatch Cottage but always retained his humility.
20 years later and the lads are smashing it to fuck, making mad tunes and being silly boys. Regular antics of chemical consumption, brawling with their nemeses and mental breakthroughs were quintessential activities. All they want now is to continue their struggling journey onwards and upwards to finally achieve greatness in this world and to make the world a happier place by making music.
