Sciarra

Sciarra (pronounced “Sharra”) is a Nashville-based alternative pop artist and songstress. Her love for music started at a young age performing in theater and writing poetry, which led her to experiment with creating her own songs.

After writing pop for years, she discovered her love for electronic music after attending her first music festival. She then decided to start an electronic project, releasing several dance-oriented singles under another alias.

After experimenting with multiple genres of music, Sciarra found herself most inspired by cinematic production and emotional progressions. She began crafting genre-blurring anthems that draw from all her influences growing up. Her current songs bridge the gap between indie electronica and dark alternative pop — haunting vocals, heavy drums, and ethereal melodies.

Her inventive sound has earned support from Strange Fruits label (Hinky) and Artist Intelligence Agency, as well as tastemakers including Billboard, Rolling Stone, Lady Gunn, Galore, and Sweety High.
