Scott Andrew

Scott Andrew is a performing songwriter and guitarist from Seattle WA. He began his music career playing in rock bands in Cleveland OH before moving to the Bay Area and finally to Seattle where he began a solo career performing &#34;scruffy, DIY acoustic pop with self-effacing wit and underdog bravado,&#34; releasing the EPs &#34;<a href="spotify:album:0iXkqTlSVuVIc16KH6khZ5" data-name="Where I&#39;ve Been">Where I&#39;ve Been</a>&#34; and &#34;Three Songs&#34; independently before recording his first full-length album “<a href="spotify:album:0p9slBENYCg8R8aL2QPDcD" data-name="Save You From Yourself">Save You From Yourself</a>” with engineer Jim Santanella.

Scott Andrew has also teamed up with other Seattle musicians, serving stints as the bass player for post-rock indie outfit <a href="spotify:artist:6cnOmIM9IkIa9CHkhYo61E" data-name="Explone">Explone</a> and nerd-rock group <a href="spotify:artist:0YLISmIIlcE9HoYQkpZjG9" data-name="Kirby Krackle">Kirby Krackle</a>. He is also one-half of singer-songwriter duo Kin to Stars with <a href="spotify:artist:3TfCMAAKRakj5lUkVoq0J5" data-name="Jerin Falkner">Jerin Falkner</a> and the acoustic duo <a href="spotify:artist:1DaRZXyakl1bBNjrcYwEBF" data-name="The Walkingbirds">The Walkingbirds</a>, with fellow songwriter Laurie Hallal.

Most recently, Scott Andrew has released an EP of experimental “ambient prog” under the name <a href="spotify:artist:40aue36vdEsa2Vik0wfoev" data-name="One Kiloton Sun">One Kiloton Sun</a>.
