Sean Ae

Born in the early 80's, Sean began DJing in the late 90's, spinning rave music and drum & bass. Throughout the 00's, he continued to hone his craft and expanded his musical repertoire to include house and breaks.

In 2021, Sean's track "Sacré" achieved tremendous success, hitting #1 on Beatport and receiving support from renowned artists such as BLOND:ISH, RÜFÜS DU SOL, and Gorgon City. His track "Saudades" (Sunrise Mix) also garnered significant attention and support from Nora En Pure.

In pursuit of new experiences and inspiration, Sean moved to Japan, where he continued to develop his skills as a DJ and producer. In 2012, he earned an audio engineering degree, which further enriched his understanding of music production.

Since then, Sean has produced many different styles of music, including house, melodic techno, breaks, and drum & bass. His hard work and dedication to their craft have led to multiple releases on respected labels such as Deep Root Records, Inner Shah, and Somatic over the past two years.

Sean is known for his willingness to collaborate with artists from around the world and has worked with musicians in places as far-flung as New York and Hungary. With a talent for blending different styles and a deep passion for music, Sean continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in electronic music.
