Sean Kyd

Sean Kyd is an artist that hails from North Carolina who has a very laid back but "in your face" style of music. Sean started his musical journey at a very young age by playing several instruments (piano and drums) then later transitioned to writing songs. Born & raised in Raleigh, Sean used his time there to fine tune his craft which later presented him the opportunity to take his talents to Atlanta, Georgia. After living there for a little over a year he then came back to North Carolina to use everything he learned. He has always been a risk taker, so much so that his decision to sneak backstage at a "Big Sean" concert to rap for him opened a lot of doors as he was impressed. That decision opened a lot of doors and allowed Sean to perform in various festivals like SXSW (Austin, TX) two years in a row, and Beats N Bars (Durham, NC) also two years in a row. Sean makes music to motivate & inspire the listener to go after their goals and his newest EP "Something's Gotta Give" is nothing short of motivation music.
