Sean Thomason & the Strong Wind South

Hailing from East Atlanta, Sean Thomason is a Singer-Songwriter and US Army Veteran. Displaying a myriad of vocal prowess, his songs are a mix of Neo-traditional-Alt Country , Indie, Honky Tonk, Americana, Folk and Rock. His energetic performances are resonating with audiences and his newly written material is poised with an authenticity that takes the listener back to the progressive country records of the 70s & 80s, with a touch of Indie Flared Honky Tonk. His debut record "Original Motion Picture Soundtrack", is set to release Summer 2022 with Atlanta Producer Damon Moon, of Standard Electric Studios, at the helm. Under the moniker of "Strong Wind South", Sean has gathered an amazing plethora of well established musicians from ATL's eclectic burroughs like East Atlanta Village, Decatur, Grant Park, Cabbagetown and with a drop of Athens, GA to round it all out.
