Sean has had music in his blood since hearing Journey for the first time 45 years ago. He fell in love with Steve Perry’s emotional voice. Journey was the reason Sean started playing in bands and honing his craft in the 1980s and 90s Detroit music scene. While Steve Perry influenced, he has a uniqueness all his own.
To quote Sean: “Steve Perry is the reason I got into music, but there are so many that have influenced me. I am grateful for every one of them that has made my life better and more enriched. I only want this for others who listen to my music. I hope in some way they feel a little more content, a little more joy, a little more connection. That is all that matters to me.”
You’ll find Sean residing with his wife and children in Texas. And when he can, he’ll probably be spinning Crowded House, James Taylor, Billy Joel, The Beatles or Journey. Or on tour with Scarab - The Journey Experience.
