SeBaS is one the founding members of the‘IvellevI’ label, and a hip-hop/rap artist emerging from the westend of Toronto. It is important to note that when you spell the name, one must capitalize the B and both S's, for just like his lyrics, it further distinguishes this MC from the rest.
In the dawn of a new decade, when the genre is increasingly overly saturated, SeBaS is one of very few MC's who still retains a deep love and understanding for the Hip-Hop culture and most importantly, it's roots. Influenced by the greats, he is a true student of the game, and it reflects in his music.
SeBaS exhibits a high-level of lyricism, revolving around many different themes and subject matters, at times from a contrasting or unpopular perspective. This is what makes the music so well-rounded, from soulful and soothing to grim and gritty, at the end of the day it's all about hard hitting beats and BARS.
