Sega Saturn the Console isn’t just a mid-’90s video game system—it’s also a three-piece punk band from London and Kitchener, Ontario.
They don’t play video game music or songs about video games (well… except for one). Instead, they deliver loud, fast punk about the collapse of society, mental health struggles, gatekeeping in local punk scenes, and the occasional love song about a car.
So why the name Sega Saturn the Console? Because much like their namesake, this band may be an outdated piece of technology but they'll bring you a great time in relative obscurity. And that's just the way they like it.
