Born on a late September evening with the desire to shout out everything that is wrong with society, a good dose of irony that never hurts without neglecting their identity and ideals; in 2015 Sempre Peggio began their musical journey which unquestionably led them to represent the actual punk and skin scene of Milan.
In October 2016 the first self-titled LP was released which defines the raw identity of the band, with predominantly dark sounds, pressing rhythms and immediate lyrics that characterize the band's powerful punk influences. This album was the turning point that allowed the band to open up to the big stages and to be known for its aggressive and decisive sounds.
After a few lineup changes and a global pandemic to further slow down the composition work, in 2020 “Anni buttati” comes out, a 7" that continues to represent the style that distinguishes them, seeking at times more cheerful and less gloomy sounds than the previous album, also inserting a pinch of further irony in the lyrics but maintaining integrity and direct sounds, also affirming the band's musical versatility.
In recent years, after having expanded their horizons even beyond the Italian borders with various trips to Germany and other European countries, Sempre Peggio confirm themselves among the leading bands of the Italian punk scene, continuing to work to give their music the same character and the same passion that has distinguished them for all this time.
