Born many years ago
Under a blood red sun
Fought many evil a foe
And lived on the run

An uneducated fool
Raised on fear and hate
Slow to the draw
Quick to the gate

I have bruises and scars
All over my face
From chasing cars
To my father's place

My saviour arrived
In a black limousine
Dressed in white
Everything was green

Dark clouds, black skies
Soon came my way
Crows and raven's cries
Showed me the way

Hand on my heart
One foot in the grave
Til death us do part
Just smile and wave

Harps and guitars
Stringing a tune
Whiskey in the jar
Under a black moon
