Starting in 2013 SEPHIROTH (Lead gutiar and Vocals at VICIOUS INTENTIONS) was releasing incoherent songs on sites like Reverbnation or Youtube from time to time.

The project was more of a playing ground for new ideas and more freedom alongside the main band these days without any defined goals. There were some experiments in genre too, like more classical or even undifened arrangements for example.

This changed in 2016 where SEPHIROTH released the first album HEAVY CHRISTMAS. Inspired by own covers of german nusery rhymes in a metal tone and changed lyrics to fit for adults, this album covered a lot of famous german and english christmas songs in a simliar way.

Nearly two years later the second album FROM DARKNESS TO DEATH was released. This time it was a completly original written work except the famous metal cover of the Funeral March from Frederic Chopin. It was a concept album following an ongoing story even though it used some older songs written in the first years of SEPHIROTH.

Two years later again the third album is on the way. GODS AND NIGHTMARES which can be seen as some kind of concept album too but without a real connection between the songs stories. Yet again there is a metal adaptation of a classical song. It’s the first part of O FORTUNA by Carl Orff Carmina Burana which indirectly hints to the origin of the artist and projectname.
