Serena Revelins

Hi, my name is Serena Revelins.

I was born in Melbourne, Victoria and grew up in Los Angeles, California.

Music and song writing has been the one consistent throughout my very chaotic and erratic life. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a very musical family and encouraged from an early age to learn instruments, sing, and perform. I can't remember a time before song writing. It is the only way I feel I can truly express myself.

Majority of my songs are about the blessing/curse of feeling everything so deeply, falling in and out of love, my series of unsuccessful encounters with relationships, and all the general struggles navigating your 20s.

My debut single 'games are for boys' is an independently released song written and sung by me with production magic from Josh O’Mara at Sundown Studio in Perth, WA. 'games are for boys' is an ode to all the heartbreaks I've had the pleasure of encountering throughout my adulthood. My hope is that 'games are for boys' resonates with someone out there mending their broken heart, and knowing that they aren’t alone. As cheesy as it may sound in order to heal it sometimes you gotta feel it and I hope this song does just that.
