A pop duo with laid-back style from BOXX MUSIC, SERIOUS BACON is made up of Pemika ‘Cake’ Jiranaraks (Singer) and Songmuang ‘Muang’ Chaiyariti (Singer and guitarist).
SERIOUS BACON began when Cake and Muang teamed up at a music club in the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University. Since then, the two performed live on many occasions. Because of how much they enjoyed being on stage together, they decided to form a duo called 'SERIOUS BACON'. They gained prominence after many of their cover songs on YouTube took off. Soon after, they debuted as artists under BOXX MUSIC where both Cake and Muang take the role of writing their lyrics and melody, with Muang also arranging all of their songs.
From their image to music production, SERIOUS BACON’s identity is crystal clear, making them wildly popular among fans of T-pop. "พี่ๆ ตัดแว่นให้หน่อย" was their first single with BOXX MUSIC, followed by "ไม่อยากฟัง", which earned over 50 million views on YouTube.
In 2023, SERIOUS BACON will come back with more mature and vibrant visuals and continue to roll out the music that brings joy - or accompanies sadness - to their fans and new listeners alike.
