Shady Ray is a Inglewood California Lord Mobb solo artist Before going solo he joined “The Dirty Faced Angels” with Harlem rapper Moe Kraze and Kenny Black of Queens. Their single, “Just Listen” received heavy rotation on Red Alerts 5 O’ Clock Free Ride. They also had a video for the single, “It’s Not a Game” that was consistently shown on Video Music Box.
Shady Ray decided life as a solo career would be best. He went on the road with Greg Nice. He’s done shows with M.O.P., Biz Markie, Dead Prez, Rahzel, Luke, The Beatnuts, Gangstar, and Lord Tariq. He’s performed at Tramps, The Tunnel, Hollywood Palladium, Orlando Palladium, Down Time, Rhumba, Roseland Ballroom, Nick Cannon’s Youth Foundation Superbowl event in Detroit. He has interviewed on Shade 45 with Dj Green Lantern ,Angela Yee &Cypher Sounds.. He’s received the mix tape honorable mention and “what's hot in the hood” on MTV.com.
