Blending the euphoric energy of Rufus Du Sol with the underground drive of the Eric Prydz, Debjit Das is an LA-based artist combining the attitude of rock'n'roll and the swagger of hip hop for late-night house-driven dance floors.
Initially a duo and now a solo project, Shae District has released three EPs - their most recent self-titled 'Shae District' EP was remixed by 20 producers from around the world and came accompanied with a Deluxe Version and live performance video from Nederland, CO.
Raised on the East Coast and with a deep love for electronic music, he has performed at the Electric Forest Observatory Stage, the ODESZA Official afterparty, supported Sofi Tukker, Ben Bohmer, Bob Moses, toured with Jai Wolf, collaborated with Mau5trap and Putyouon Music Group on single releases, and is building an identity that fuses music with immersive experiences through production, design and lifestyle.
