Hi, I am Shahreen Khan, just a normal person who follows her dreams. The music and film industry have intrigued me since I remember myself sitting on the dining table listening to the radio and singing along when I was just 5 years old. I caught my parents watching me with proud. I am also blessed with a father who writes lyrics so my very first release was written by my dad. I love family life and I am very protective of my personal life. I also know that being in this field means that your personal life can become not so personal anymore. Let's see where life takes me untill it forces me to take another route. I love singing, acting, writing and modelling. And sometimes I also like to direct and do some editing. I was born in Suriname, Latin America. I am based in the Netherlands. My ancestors migrated around 1890 from Hindustan to Suriname. I speak Dutch and English. But I have sung Hindi, Urdu, Bhojpuri, Punjabi. I have even sung Farsi, a collaboration, Asheqi, which you can find on Youtube by just searching Asheqi and my name, cause it is not on my own channel.
