I am a rapper/songwriter from Lahore, Pakistan. I began my endeavors in Hip Hop because I believed I had a story to tell and a message that should be shared with the world. I've perfected my crafts as an artist for years by listening to the greatest of the greats and now I'm ready to make my contribution to this beautiful genre. I believe perpetual growth throughout life via experiences/trial and error to be the one of the few fundamental truths of human existence, and hence my songs generally explore deeply personal themes. My hope is always that since so many of us are sharing the same internal and external struggles on the daily, if I could write about mine in a revelatory way and in a way so that someone can relate to it, perhaps we could reach the answers faster together. I'm Shaiq and this is my world.
