At just 20, musician and artist Sharifa has been making waves since moving to London at 16 to chase his dreams. The East Midlands native charms audiences with his genre-blending sound, described by CLASH Magazine’s Robin Murray as “melding hip-hop with an assured alt-pop sound.” His track SOMEONE “leans into early pop-punk, evoking the angst and energy of Blink-182 and Paramore”, as highlighted by Paper Magazine’s Erica Campbell.

A BRIT School graduate, Sharifa’s work has earned recognition from BBC Radio London, 1XTRA, Reprezent, and more. He’s taken the stage at major events, including the BBC Proms 2024 at The Glasshouse, Gateshead, and a packed-out KOKO Camden show as a support act.
