Sharla is a multi-instrumentalist, singer/songwriter who composes and performs in multiple styles. Her bold melodies dance around odd time signatures, polyrhythms, layered harmonies, and counter-melodies and are inspired by multiple cultures around the world such as middle eastern, Asian, Native American, Celtic, African and shamanic to name a few. But the most important element for her in the music is to reach deep into the soul. Her angelic voice mixed with the universal love message will take you to another dimension and beyond. Everything she produces has a message intended to break you open and experience something a little deeper than maybe you've experienced before. Her aim is to make a change in the world and celebrate diversity by bringing together all races, religions, and cultures.
