SHAVANNAH

SHAVANNAH is een band uit Barneveld, bestaande uit zanger Luc Hemmers, gitarist Jimmy Molthoff, basgitarist Luuk van Veldhuizen en drummer Iris Göbel. De band ontstond toen Jimmy en Luuk SHAVANNAH oprichtten voor hun profielwerkstuk, maar al snel groeide het project uit tot een serieuze muzikale samenwerking. Hun stijl combineert alternatieve rock met invloeden uit funk en metal, wat zorgt voor een energieke en eigen sound. SHAVANNAH is regelmatig te vinden op de jamnights van Astrant in Ede en bracht op 28 februari 2025 hun eerste album uit.

SHAVANNAH is a band from Barneveld (The Netherlands), consisting of vocalist Luc Hemmers, guitarist Jimmy Molthoff, bass guitarist Luuk van Veldhuizen and drummer Iris Göbel. The band originated when Jimmy and Luuk founded SHAVANNAH for a high school project, but soon the project grew into a serious musical collaboration. Their style combines alternative rock with influences from funk and metal, creating an energetic and distinctive sound. SHAVANNAH can regularly be found playing at Astrant's jam nights in Ede and released their debut album on February 28, 2025.
