SHAYNE SANDERS
I’m a 26 year-old Hip-Hop artist/songwriter from Charleston, SC. I began writing lyrics as mostly a hobby in 6th grade and quickly fell in love with it when I realized how much of an outlet it was for me through my fight with depression and anxiety. Making music saved my life more times than I can count, and that’s why it’s always been #MoreThanMusic for me from the very beginning.
After my brother/best friend was killed in 2016, I started writing and recording music regularly again to try to cope with the pain I was feeling.. and because when I have nowhere else to go, that’s what I do: I write.
My debut album, “More Than Music LP”, was released on all platforms on November 15th, 2019. Thank you all for the love and support, it means more than you could imagine.
