SHEAL, the stage name of Sheilagh McNab, is a Toronto-based indie-pop singer-songwriter known for her evocative piano-driven compositions and emotive vocals. SHEAL has been interviewed on Sirius XM, and her music is in steady rotation on many CBC radio programs Canada-wide, including Afterdark and Fresh Air. SHEAL released her sophomore EP titled 'golden hours' (2024) which was produced by Gavin Gardiner (Hannah Georgas, Andy Shauf, Jordan Klassen, July Talk) and James Robertson (Dwayne Gretskey).
