Shen Xiaocen

Shen Xiao Cen (SueShen.com) is an International Celebrity, Singer and Actress originally from Shanghai. She has recorded dozens of albums and is one of the founders of Chinese Popular Music with a history that dates back to the early 1980 ́s.

Her first album topped the record charts for many weeks and she was awarded with a Gold Disc for millions of record sales. Her most famous song literally translated means “Come To Sanya” which is a beautiful city on China ́s South Coast. Even to this day the city uses this song, which also featured in a Miss World pageant. Shen Xiao Cen has performed in famous China CCTV New Years Eve Show and her songs have deeply influenced generations. She was the first artist to win China ́s First Golden Record Award and her name is written up in the Government ́s Contemporary Artist Encyclopedia, which is a book that records the evolution of modern China. She won China ́s very first TV Singing Competition and is noted as one of China ́s Top 10 singers. She has been a judge on “China ́s Got Talent” TV Show and a celebrity in “China ́s Dancing With The Stars” TV Show. Most recently, Xiao Cen sang the Movie Theme Song for the new Mr. Black cartoon film, which she first recorded for the cartoon series 30 years ago.
As well as appearing in films such as Mission Impossible 2 and being friends with Jackie Chan, Halle Berry and Quincy Jones, she also had a leading role in Mamma Mia - for 5 years across China where Xiao Cen set a record for over 520 performances.
