Shillelagh Law is a band rooted in Irish tradition, weaving raw, emotive sounds with fearless energy and a modern edge. Formed in the heart of the Irish Midlands, the group is a collective force—each member bringing their own story, style, and spirit to the sound.

Adam Kelly (banjo, mandolin) brings driving rhythm and intricate detail, shaped by his years performing with The Fureys and steeped in the energy of Irish folk.

Chris Leonard (vocals, guitar, bouzouki) adds a powerful voice and magnetic stage presence, guiding the emotional heart of the music with grounded storytelling and depth.

Éilis (concertina) offers warmth and texture through soulful, melodic playing. Raised on the music of Co. Clare, she’s performed across Europe since her teens, bringing clarity and heart to every note.

Together, they explore the darker, moodier corners of Irish music—minor keys, shadowy melodies, and driving rhythms—while letting light shine through. Their sound is both timeless and entirely their own: a bold blend of heritage and innovation, intensity and intimacy.
