Shredd

Shredd are a psychedelic garage rock 3 piece from Glasgow, Scotland. Their unique sound and wild live show have gained them the reputation as one of the tightest - and loudest - bands in the U.K.


Since exploding onto the Glasgow music scene in 2017 with their debut EP <a href="spotify:album:6If2q5o8X1vKN3DOpGTdsV" data-name="Everytime We Meet I Want to Die">Everytime We Meet I Want to Die</a> the band have made a huge impact in Scotland and around the UK. Appearances at major new music festival’s such as BBC 6 Music Festival, Stag &amp; Dagger, Tenement Trail, Meet The North, Xpo North and Freakender along with supporting the likes of <a href="spotify:artist:3SXwqSqAoBz9WCI9PDQzY6" data-name="Fontaines D.C.">Fontaines D.C.</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:7GRrLcUxwtQLvOpO7OHO80" data-name="Psychedelic Porn Crumpets">Psychedelic Porn Crumpets</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6KNqvxgfYVRSzgAE1j2UT5" data-name="Declan Welsh and The Decadent West">Declan Welsh and The Decadent West</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6DHkGAqwV3RPeYpkYFdggL" data-name="The Van T&#39;s">The Van T&#39;s</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:0Ev1tqYsfzq2eF5qqXhkYm" data-name="VLURE">VLURE</a> have taken Shredd around the UK and allowed them to build a significant fan base around the country.


Winners of the Best Newcomer award at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards 2017, Shredd have been supported by major players in the U.K. music scene in past releases, which have seen them sell out multiple hometown shows, including The Old Hairdressers, Nice N Sleazy and The Hug &amp; Pint.


2022 sees the band return with their first new music in three years, <a href="spotify:track:1kRD54xwuAj65yTzAfBoMu" data-name="Parasite">Parasite</a>, with their debut album set to be released in December 2022.
