At 12, he moved to Berlin, and by the time he was 13 his parents were called to his school every second day. Shumy Luke is a product of those times. Daring, arrogant and anti-social - he tells it like it is! Backed with 808 bass lines, electronic sounds and his guitar, he tackles personal and social issues.
As a child, you probably once dreamt that your favourite superhero would come to life and become your friend. Well, this dream has now come true. And his superpower is making hits!
Luke has something in common with his namesake, Luke Skywalker: he too will seize the opportunity to go on a spacewalk and traverse his boundless, universe-sized fantasy, which lets him reach for the stars, but also puts him in touch with his instincts, which are reflected in his star trails.
Underground experiences and his difficult surroundings have left their mark on his music. Shumy Luke does not stand for good and evil. Shumy Luke is not pushing drugs or alcohol, but he is not against them either. He is simply an observer on the sidelines. He is not a judge, but he does give his verdict.
