Rayme Edmonds aka S.I.C. was born and raised in the projects of Parkhill; located in Staten Island, NY. He began writing parodies of songs from his idols; Rakim, Kool G Rap, L.L. Cool J, etc., and immediately fell in love with this newly found art. Before long he realized music would forever be the vessel flowing through his body. Inspired by hometown legends Wu-Tang Clan at the prime of hip-hop's golden era, he sharpened his pen and eventually teamed up with King Just and the Shaolin Soldiers. This led to nationwide touring amongst huge names such as: Notorious B.I.G., Junior Mafia, Redman, Method Man, Keith Murray, Lost Boys and many more. Today, he continues to grow in his music and entrepreneurial ventures in hopes of
providing greater opportunities throughout minority communities while impacting lives both in and out of the vocal booth. His style is a concoction of mixed emotions fused with ferocious wordplay and passionate delivery taking the audience on a subway ride through the city making each stop a new site, sound and experience.
