Siete Catorce, the electronic music project of Mexican producer Marco Polo Gutierrez, has been hypnotizing international dance floors with its deep club and bass mutations, tropical rhythms, and experimental soundscapes. Growing up in both Mexico and the United States, Siete Catorce’s body of work continues to morph, splinter, and reimagine the sonic narratives of both cultures and beyond. He has taken his music to the dancefloors of Mutek (MTL, MX, SF), CTM Festival, and Boiler Room. After steadily releasing music on the varied underground labels Enchufada, NAAFI, Hypermedium, and Nostro Hood System, in 2019 he established SUBREAL, an electronic music label he runs with collaborator Amazondotcom.
