Rommel Jesus Portobanco also known as Silo6710. 6-7-10 “Forever Grateful to Jesus” was born on May 10, 1991 in Miami, Florida. At age 4-5, Silo suffered an accident where he fell back from a window from a third story building and suffered a broken chin which was very strange due to him falling on his back. It is said that Silo was saved by God’s miracle which is why Silo uses the 6710. During his years growing up, Silo went through issues with bullying from others and got into many fights due to him being the smallest in class. During his high school years, he began to get into fights in school with gangs constantly until one day, he was jumped by several gang members. Trying to fend them off as well as trying to protect his cousin. He tried defending himself with a knife where it backfired on him due to not locking and cut his fingers off loosing a part of his index finger. Silo grew to listening to rappers like 2Pac, Eminem, Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent. That was until 2008 when Silo pretty much gave up on keeping track with the new music during the time when rap and hip hop started to take a change into the beginning of the mumble rap era. During those years, Silo got married and has two kids. During the pandemic of Covid 19, Silo grew tired of listening to the same music from the past, so he decided he wanted to make his own music.
