Silvia Conti is a Florentine singer, songwriter and actress.
In 1985 she participated in the prestigious Sanremo Festival with the song “Luna nuova” written specifically for her by Aldo Tagliapietra, voice and bass player of the famous italian progressive band “Le Orme”.
She performed for years as a professional singer on countless stages all over Italy and Europe. After so many high-profile collaborations with artists who loved her powerful voice she decided to take a break to express herself as an author and not only as an interpreter.
Her dream came true in 2017 releasing her own album of original songs written by herself: “A piedi nudi (psichedeliche ipnotiche nudità)” [tr. ”Barefoot (psychedelic hypnotic nudities)”].
On January 8th 2024 she released her second album of original songs: "Ho un piano B" [tr. "I have a B plan"].
