Simo & Franz is a musical project born from the artistic union of Simone and Francesco, two inseparable friends
since the age of 10. Born in Bern, Switzerland, and Benevento, Italy, respectively, both in 1986, the two artists followed different paths for many years before reuniting in
2021 with a shared vision and a desire to turn their passion for music into a collaborative project.
Simone, who has always been passionate about music and nightlife, took his first steps into the club world at just 15, alternating between the roles of DJ and vocalist.
Fascinated by the glamorous scene and sonic trends of the 2000s, he developed an eclectic musical taste and always kept an eye on the evolution of sound.
Francesco, on the other hand, breathed music from an early age, watching his uncle mix with vinyl records and
create captivating sets. At 14, he and his older brother bought their first console, marking the beginning of a journey that would lead him to perform in the most renowned clubs in Northern Italy. After successfully
attending AID and AD, he perfected his technique and distinctive style.
2024 marked a turning point: from private events and local clubs, Simo & Franz won over audiences at national
festivals and stages, thanks to their engaging sound and charismatic stage presence.
2025 represents a milestone: a performance at a famous Ibiza club cemented the duo’s place on the international scene, opening the door to new collaborations and bookings abroad.
