Simon Grote was born to a musical family in Germany in 1991. He started playing piano at the age of five and later studied Jazz in Osnabrück, where he became part of the critically acclaimed Jazz band <a href="spotify:artist:0Ypm2UCjkVZpnog2SDlwPH" data-name="Natalia Mateo">Natalia Mateo</a>. They released three albums together. After moving to Berlin in 2017 he joined the dreampop band <a href="spotify:artist:7zdjRp084UjkcgpHdl99o0" data-name="Carolina Lee">Carolina Lee</a> as a guitar player and also started to work as a multinstrumentalist in several band and studio projects.
