Simon Opp is a singer, songwriter and actor. He was born in Brandýs nad Labem a small town near Prague, in the Czech Republic. Simon started playing the guitar thanks to his father who was in a rock band in his twenties. Simon grew up with two brothers and has a talent for sports, especially boxing. Opposite to many artists who grew in fame through their social media platforms, like TikTok, Simon took a more organic way performing in student bands. All that, before he actually launched his own career, shortly after he got accepted to a medical school as a paramedic. He has been performing rock music, as a guitarist and singer, around Prague’s pubs. That is also where his current producer, Honza Gajdos, discovered him and offered him a record deal. Simon loves rock’n’roll, blues, but also enjoys pop and jazz. He draws inspiration from his contemporaries such as Harry Styles, KALEO and more. Currently, Simon is preparing for the release of several original songs, sobe ready to rock and roll!
