A rising star on the European jazz scene, German keyboardist-composer Simon Oslender plays with a maturity that belies his young age. After his auspicious debut album "About Time" and his second outing, the vibrant and atmospheric "Peace Of Mind ", Oslender now presents his third album for Leopard Records: "All That Matters". This groove-driven, energetic work features none other than the legendary Steve Gadd on drums, bass icon Will Lee and special guests Bruno Müller (guitar), Jakob Manz (saxophone) and Nils Landgren (trombone). A dream come true for Simon Oslender - and for groove lovers all around the world!

Born in Aachen, Germany in 1998, Oslender has made a name for himself collaborating with some of the music world's most renowned artists. Being a key member of German drumming legend Wolfgang Haffner's groups and saxophone icon Bill Evans' new fusion supergroup "Bill Evans & The Spykillers!", their tours have taken Simon all around the world - from Japan to Brazil, Australia to Hong Kong, India and all over Europe.

More recently, Simon has been taking his own projects, most notably his vibrant trio, on the road, wowing audiences all over.

Having started playing professionally during his high school years, Simon has since performed, recorded and collaborated with: Randy Brecker, Gregory Porter, Steve Gadd, Nils Landgren, Eddie Gomez, Nathan East, Ivan Lins, Thomas Quasthoff, Dr. Lonnie Smith, WDR Big Band, Clueso, Max Mutzke, Candy Dulfer and many more.
