Simplify is a project started many years ago by James Davidson and a few friends. A few tracks on this album are from that era, but most of them are new. The newer ones are all James - guitar, bass, vocals, etc. He is a self-taught guitar player and has many different influences. The album is fairly eclectic in style, as is the writing. Simplify's music is about feeling and melody - even if some of it is crunchy and dissonant. James is hoping to put a band together and play some shows in the near future. In the meantime, he will continue to write and release tracks as they come.
