Single Fin

London-based Single Fin began to form when Joss Harris and Jasper Ward started playing music together aged 11. They later discovered surfing, and the band takes its name from the traditional single fin style board.

In Feb 2021 their first single "Alive" propelled them to the very height of stardom almost instantaneously. Interviews and articles followed, as did a record deal to release their first EP. Tours of Europe and North America brought them international fame and slots at the UK's largest festivals.

During a personally tumultuous 2024, in which Joss and Jasper both fell in love with the same girl twice, they wrote their first album while on a wellness retreat in California. It touched the hearts of the nation. Newspapers rated it one of Britain's best releases of the year.

After 3 years on the road, to the shock and horror of the world, the band broke up. Harris pursued what is now a failed career as a solo artist. Ward runs an aquarium on the west side of Los Angeles. For reasons unknown, the two now hate each other. Upon media reports of the band's breakup, roses and underwear were thrown off national monuments across the globe. The world stood united in global sorrow at the prospect of a future without Single Fin.
