SINJE has a voice that is outstanding not only in view of her young age. Don't get too excited if you think of voices like Jesse J or Joss Stone when you hear her singing - a voice full of soul, literally. "People have always come up to me after concerts and said: 'Where do you get this depth in your voice from? This soul? You must have a very old soul!'” she says. "I have that feeling too. And it also has an explanation: I have personally experienced and lived through many strokes of fate, especially when it comes to my health.”
SINJE was born with a serious heart defect. Which was only the first of a whole series of personal setbacks and health restrictions. The amazing thing about it: SINJE's songs carry a lot of lyrical heaviness, have a lightness and love of life in the arrangement that leaves you speechless. SINJE works very dedicatedly on this balance between light form and deep content, "so that at best you have a laughing and a crying eye when listening." The fact that SINJE is always looking for something special is also shown by another songwriter project that she is currently pursuing: As part of her song series called "Stripped Billionaires", SINJE is dedicated to some world hits with billions of streams - and breaks them down into her voice and piano- or acoustic guitar accompaniment. SINJE's versions always get many tens of thousands of clicks on TikTok within a very short time.
