SISI

SISI (Sindiswa Akhona Sithole) is an Afro Neo Soul artist from Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal. Her love for music started in school choirs, where gospel harmonies taught her how powerful music can be in moving hearts.

In 2023, she began recording songs on her phone with BandLab, sharing raw tracks on SoundCloud straight from her bedroom. Two years later, on 19 July 2025, she officially dropped her debut single “Insizwa yangale”, produced by longliveflacko — marking the start of her journey as a recording artist.

SISI’s sound is rooted in Afro Neo Soul, often sung in her mother tongue, isiZulu, but she’s not afraid to explore and play with other genres. Her inspiration comes from her family, friends, and culture, making her music both deeply personal and universally relatable.

For SISI, every song is about connection — turning her stories into melodies that people can feel and see themselves in. She’s a young voice with big dreams, and her journey has only just begun.
