Skeeno (real name Sha-Ron Rasheem Tabb Jr.) is a Brooklyn-born artist blending raw street lyricism with melodic hooks and high-energy performances. Raised in Brownsville, Skeeno fell in love with hip-hop watching Puff Daddy and Ma$e, and was deeply influenced by 50 Cent, Usher, and Michael Jackson. As a kid, he ran through the neighborhood with his cousins—including Bleezy, Star, and Ike—rapping grown bars at just 8 years old.
A founding member of DOD Records and one of the original creators of WOOO (We’re On Our Own), Skeeno’s journey is rooted in survival, legacy, and sound. After losing his brother Ike, Skeeno nearly shut down—until a dream told him to keep going. That grief and growth shaped his music, leading to the breakthrough single “Real Right” with Joeshmoe, and then the solo heater “Keep Talking.”
The momentum hit a new high when his brother, pro boxer Bruce Carrington, called “Keep Talking” his go-to gym anthem—then had Skeeno perform it live at Madison Square Garden during his ESPN ring walk on July 26, 2025.
Now signed to DOD under Team80, Skeeno continues to climb, fueled by legacy, family, and fire.
