Idris Sadiq Daniel popularly known as Skeng We$ is a 22-year old Nigerian artist, based in Abuja, Nigeria. We$’ sound can be described as being predominantly rooted in Hip-Hop/Rap but exploring and infusing other alternative and contemporary sounds.
As a child, he has always been invested in working on his penmanship. Growing up with idols like 2pac, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Wizkid, Davido . Blending all the sounds diversifying hip hop as a whole.
He went into music 2020. Started out of boredom during the lockdown, now he has released his new mixtape “21” following up with “21 extended”, covering almost all genres in hip hop and afrobeats. His first single flex/power showed what he could do with his pen and the flow he can produce. He recently dropped his latest project “WESWRLD PACK” containing grime and hip hop with a feature from fellow artists Droxx.
