Melbourne’s Psych-Pop sweet-hearts ‘Skerzo’ combine Synthesisers, Acoustic Guitars, Saxophone and Flute, creating a sound that bends beautifully between vintage Psych-Rock and avant-garde Art-Pop.
“Beautiful, rippling, Psych-Pop affection!” - Dave Ruby Howe
“Sends me into raptures. The sun has never felt warmer on my skin! - Tommy Faith
Skerzo is the brainchild of queer frontman and musical polymath Henry White, joined by Jackson Craig (Bass, Saxophone, Keys), Luke Summerell (Guitar), Nash Cooper (Guitar), and Chelsei Bright (Tubs). The Psych-Pop quintet has hit stages all across Australia’s East Coast and performed alongside Australian icons including Pist Idiots, These New South Whales, DZ Deathrays and The Terry’s.
The band’s latest LP ‘Dreamland’ is a mesmerising, synth-laced odyssey that playfully explores themes of love and existentialism. Featuring fan-favourite tracks like ‘Holy Guacamole’ and ‘Catnip’, ‘Dreamland’ has been featured on Triple J Unearthed, ABC’s Rage, PBS and radio stations across Australia.
