Skinny Knowledge are an exciting 4-piece alt-rock band hailing from the south coast of England, formed in 2020 by frontman Andy L Smooth. The band has gained praise from a number of high-profile music platforms, including Kerrang, A previous single ‘Class A-Dummy’ was Wyatt Wendels Planet Rock New Rock Show Track of the Week and Classic Rock Magazine (the single 'I Wonder' was voted Classic Rock Magazine's "Track of the Week"). BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio and many more.
Since the release and well received by fans and critics alike success of their debut album ‘Don't Turn Out the Lights’, the cheeky-chappy foursome have gone on to release singles, toured, and played at notable venues including Bournemouth O2 Academy and festivals including Teddy Rocks. This summer saw them bring their ever crowd-engaging and fun live show to the inaugural Maid of Stone festival in Kent opening the Emerging Rock Bands stage with more shows to be announced. Their highly anticipated new album ‘twentytwo.’ will be released October 27 2023.
