SKY

SKY, is an R&B/Pop artist who portrays his emotions and stories through song lyrics and instruments. Raised in Millville, New Jersey, he uses the experiences of the gritty city life and past relationships to tell stories of love, passion, parties, fun and so many other complex yet beautiful topics of life. SKY grew up an introvert and didn’t have many friends. He turned to his music to express how he feels about his life or the life of others around him.

Born on October 15th, 2001, he taught himself to play instruments such as guitar, piano and drums. He idolizes artists like Michael Jackson, Prince, Chris Brown, The Weeknd, and many more. SKY contrasts dark topics with upbeat melodies and soulful harmonies. His songwriting is known to show two sides of every story and leaves the listener room to interpret however they please.

In 2016, SKY released his first couple of songs rapping and using melodic flows on SoundCloud. It didn’t take long for the buzz to carry through his city, many of his friends, family members and supporters began to expect more and more. He then released a project called ‘528 Hurts’ on SoundCloud after reaching over 100,000 plays on his account. SKY released another project titled “Sunset Drive” on October 22, 2019 which was his first project released on major platforms.
Currently, the artist is in the midst of recording, writing and producing another project releasing soon.
