SKŸ, Born Khari Harley March 29th, 1995, Pomona, New Jersey, never once thought music would be his path and apart of his purpose. Ever since he could remember he knew he wanted to play basketball and go the NBA. Eventually Attending Ohio University to further that dream but Life had other plans and that dream was never fully realized. After dedicating most of his life to basketball he needed something else dedicate himself to, be passionate about, and obsess over when it comes to perfecting a craft and that became music. Since then through trials, tribulations and self doubt. He came to a place where he was finally ready to believe in himself and chase another far off dream with an even greater hunger than in his old life of pursuing professional basketball. With the first piece art as well as himself he released to the world with his first project,“PURPLE SKY”. It was the culmination of faith and trust in himself as well the universe around him. PURPLE SKY is the introduction to SKŸ as he exists in the past, present, and future and his ruminations through the scars of war. His journey is one of Wisdom, Learning, Transformation, and Ultimately growth as an artist. He doesn’t know where he will end up but like every shooting star it will be a sight to see.
